The Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Najla Al-Manqoush said on Sunday, that armed groups of foreign fighters have already evacuated Libyan territory.
During a joint press conference with the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister, Al-Manqoush described this step as a “basic start” to achieving the final goal.
Al-Manqoush said: “The news is reliable and it is a very basic beginning and we remain seeking the expulsion of much larger numbers of mercenaries and foreign forces”.
She continued by saying, “We continue to seek a much more comprehensive organization for the exit of the mercenaries,” stressing the necessity for all fighters, foreign forces and mercenaries to leave Libyan territory immediately.
