The Head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khalid Al-Mishri, held a meeting with the Minister of Economy of the Government of National Unity (GNU), Mohamed Al-Hawij, on Monday, July 12, at the headquarters of the council in Tripoli.
The meeting was held to exchange views and opinions regarding the present economic situation in the country in general, according to the HCS, which added that Al-Hawij briefed Al-Mishri about his recent visits to several regions throughout the country.
Al-Hawij discussed the dreadful lack of everyday resources in the south, particularly the lack of fuel and finances, stressing that the south is indeed lacking in the most basic daily human needs.
