The Chief of General Staff, Mohammed Al-Haddad, and Khalifa Haftar's Chief of Staff, Abdelrazik Al-Nathori, focused in their meeting in Sirte on devising a thorough plan to organize and integrate armed factions.

The Libyan General Staff said in a statement that the meeting went over the needed measures to form joint committees to unify the military institution and build a united Libyan army.

Al-Haddad and Al-Nathori met Saturday in Sirte for the second time in less than a month. Several military and General Staff officials attended the meeting.
