The Head of the Scientific Advisory Committee to Combat the Coronavirus Pandemic, Khalifa Al-Bakoush, said that approximately two million doses of the agreed upon Coronavirus vaccine are expected to arrive from the COVAX Facility during the first few months of next year, however he explained that it totally depended on the World Health Organization (WHO).

According to media statements made by Al-Bakoush, he said that the vaccine would be tested in America, Britain and Germany before arriving in Libya, therefore making it completely safe, indicating that the number of agreed upon doses is determined solely by the WHO.
