Africa Intelligence: French ambassador set to return to Tripoli permanently in early June

The African Intelligence website revealed that the French ambassador to Libya, Beatrice le Fraper de Helen, is set to move permanently from Tunis to Tripoli at the beginning of next July.

The French website confirmed that the initial return of French diplomats to Tripoli was delayed, due to the existing preparations, presently taking place at the embassy building, particularly those related to security.
