Agence France-Presse said its photographer in Benghazi Abdullah Duma was arrested again by security authorities just after two days of his release.
He first was arrested on last Tuesday for shooting celebration of Earth Hour upon having no permission for the celebration. Reasons of the new arrest are still unknown.
