Activists in Paris, London and Washington marched Saturday in protest against the UAE, accusing it of having ties with the human trafficking activities in Libya and demanding it to stop its funding to the militias involved in these operations.

The London- based The New Arab news website reported on Sunday that the protests were held by "African Lives Matter" and "Boycott UAE" organizations.

The protesters accused Abu Dhabi of facilitating the African migrant trafficking in Dubai and financing militias in Libya to torture and kill migrants as well as selling them at auctions.
