Abu Salim Municipal Council announced on Monday the resumption of studies in educational institutions within the municipality areas outside the scope of the clashes.
The municipality pointed out that the decision was taken after coordination with the Education Inspectorate in the municipality, which set the date of February 9 for resuming the classes.
The municipality held the Ministry of Education, the United Nations mission in Libya and the relevant authorities, the full responsibility towards any damage that might be caused to students or teachers through their enrollment in their schools, in light of the continuing war on Tripoli, according to the statement.
