At least 61 people have been killed so far and over 150 injured, in addition to 12 cases of disappearance since the fighting began in Tripoli last week, the field hospital confirmed on Facebook.

The field hospital appealed to local and international humanitarian organizations to intervene and pressure the conflicting parties to spare the First Aid and Emergency Service team the cost of helping civilians.

A cease-fire agreement, the fourth of its kind, was reached Tuesday between the belligerents in Tripoli, however, some are skeptical that the ceasefire won’t last, especially if the present situation remained unchanged.
