The 5+5 Joint Military Commission (JMC) called in a statement Saturday on the countries that took part in Berlin Conference to implement their promises on the ground, especially as regards to withdrawing foreign elements and mercenaries from Libya and abiding by the Security Council's arms embargo in the country.

The 5+5 JMC reiterated that it would continue to honor the ceasefire agreement with all of its points as signed in last October in Geneva.

The 5+5 JMC urged all stakeholders to implement their promises and commitments as agreed on in the ceasefire agreement from both sides of the conflict.
