432 people have been killed and more than 2000 wounded, in addition to 50.000 others displaced since the outbreak of the war on Tripoli, the World Health Organization (WHO) said.

In a related context, the UN mission confirmed the increase of civilian casualties to 104 in the current clashes, pointing out that around 3000 people are spread over 29 collective shelters in several areas in the western region.

The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) noted that many conflict-affected areas are still beyond the reach of humanitarian workers.
