The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) said that it had provided assistance to 245 internally displaced boys and girls.

UNICEF that this aid was in the form of winter clothing, which was provided to the Tawergha camps for internally displaced people in Bani Walid, Tarhouna and Sidi Al-Sayeh.

Earlier, UNICEF announced the allocation of 750,000 dollars as part of the ‘Education Cannot Wait’ Initiative, which aims to support 9,000 children affected by the recent conflict in Libya.
