Humanitarian organizations said that around 150 migrants are stuck at sea, after taking a boat from Khoms port, east of Tripoli.
Rescue societies said that rescue operations are on, clarifying that the boat includes at least 50 women and 30 children, and some are suffering poor health conditions, according to the Italian agency Aki.
The engine of the migrant's boat broke down after taking off from Khoms shore.
