The European Union mission in Libya, Italy, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) have joined representatives of the Presidential Council (PC) for the first meeting of the steering committee of the "Recovery, Stability and Social and Economic Development of Libya" program.

The three-year program, funded by the European Union with 50 million euros, aims to improve the living conditions of the population of 24 municipalities in Libya, especially municipalities affected by migration and displacement flows, with a focus on the education, health, water and sanitation sectors.
