Chairman of the Presidential Council PC Fayez Al-Sarraj adopted Sunday the treatment plan of the Ministry of Health, which includes procedures for the treatment at home and abroad.

This came after a comprehensive 2-day discussion of the program.

The plan stipulates that the Ministry of Health provides medical services not available in hospitals and public health facilities from private sector at home or medical institutions abroad, with the ascertaining of the experiences of the countries the patients are sent to.

The plan aims to internalize treatment and to upgrade health services and health insurance, and to accelerate the providing of medicines and medical supplies.

Al-Sarraj issued instructions to start immediately the implementation of the treatment plan, stressing that the treatment will include all Libyans throughout the country, while ensuring transparency on the spending, in accordance with the legislation, according to the Information Office of the PC.
