The Head of Education Syllabuses and Research, Abdelkader Abujalala, said Monday that the financial allowance for school books is still not ready as it was referred to the Presidential Council of the UN-proposed government to assign the issue to the Printing and Paper General Company and Al-Manahej Company since the start of August, however; nothing happened yet.

“We asked the minister to order the financial committee to continue with its work but the Presidential Council did not provide anything about the issue of printing school books and the call for saving the next school year by the media outlets went unnoticed.” Abujalala added.

He also said that it is expected that the new school year comes in stumbling if books from the east, where books are available, were not brought in the capital, saying the eastern officials have not kept their promises so far and hoping the issue will have been solved without causing any more problems for the students.
