The Ministry of Education, with the Education Minister-designate of the UN-proposed government presence, in Tripoli adopted the results of the primary school examinations of the western and southern regions with 78.44% passing percentage. The event was attended also by heads of examinations bureaus and other officials at the ministry.

The total of the students who passed were 49,416 while 16,334 ones will sit for the exams once again, knowing that 75750 students sat for the exams in 30 different cities in western and southern Libya.

The date for the re-sit for the exam will be in September for all students who failed in the exams of all subjects.
