Chairman of the Presidential Council (PC), Fayez Al-Sarraj has discussed at his office in Tripoli with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, Adel Juma arrangements for the start of the new academic year.
The meeting highlighted the challenges facing the educational process, especially in the areas affected by the aggression on Tripoli.
Al-Sarraj also reviewed a report on the conditions of schools and institutes in different regions, as well as programs in place, to implement the developed educational plan set by the National Education Reform Program.
The ministry has denied postponing the start of school, confirming that today is the first day of the new academic year for 2019/2020.
