The Ministry of Education of the Presidential Council called on the inspection offices in all regions to submit a detailed report on all the school subjects that students completed studying during this academic year. 

In a statement Monday, the ministry said the step comes after protests held by some secondary school students to voice their dissatisfaction of what they said the though exams of the GCSE, under the circumstances of not completing the curriculum and lack of teachers.

The ministry stressed that the report should not exceed ten days from the date of the statement in order to be able to address the matter.

Some of the secondary school students protested in the campuses of Tripoli University against the difficulty of exam questions before being dispersed by the security services.
