Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation, Mahdi Al-Amin has discussed with the German ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza, the possibility of establishing a Libyan-German vocational training center similar to the Libyan-Korean Center.

The two parties reviewed means of cooperation in the fields of vocational and professional training and looked into the training programs implemented by the German Giz Organization, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour.

The meeting also explored the obstacles hindering the return of German companies to Libya, according to a statement by the Ministry of Labour on Monday.

Meanwhile, the German ambassador expressed his country's readiness to cooperate in all training areas, especially in the field of solar panel technologies, in addition to providing training for women in various fields.

On the sidelines of the meeting, the Minister of Labour Al-Mahdi Al-Amin escorted the German ambassador on a tour inside the Libyan-Korean Center to observe the training programs implemented by the center.
