The Director of the Prices Stabilization Fund (PSF) in the Ministry of Economy, Jamal Al-Shibani, said he received promises from the Central Bank of Libya for cashing out more money to facilitate signing contracts with flour suppliers and private flour factories in Libya.

Al-Shibani clarified, following a recent meeting with the Audit Bureau in presence of CBL officials, and Minister of Economy, that all of the involved parties, especially the CBL, agreed to pay part of the dues of the flour factories, pointing that the flour suppliers had turned down signing of contracts because of the accumulated debts the PSF owes them.
