The Audit Bureau in Tripoli revealed that the committees formed by the Audit Bureau in Tripoli and the one parallel to it in Al-Bayda have held its first meeting at the headquarters of Al-Bayda Audit Bureau in eastern Libya.
The Tripoli Audit Bureau added that the two committees agreed to unify both institutions to produce a consolidated report for 2018, pointing out that they are in the process of preparing an operational plan for 2019.
It said that they agreed on direct communication between public administrations, offices and branches in order to complete the regulatory work promptly and in a rational manner, indicating that they will form joint screening and review committees at home and abroad.
The participants also proposed to unify the organizational structure of the Audit Bureau and to hold the next meeting in Tripoli.
