The International Council of Museums has issued a Red List of the Libyan archaeological objects to prevent them being sold or illegally exported.

The Libyan Antiquities Authority said the Red List includes photos and information about the archaeological pieces that are subject to robbery or smuggling so that people become familiar with them and avoid using them in any illegitimate trading.

“The card will be distributed in a special published brochure to all the countries around the world via the specialized organizations attempting to limit smuggling the Libyan archaeological objects.” It added.
