A 12-year old boy has been executed by the-so called tribes' army bandits in Wishiffana, west Libya, after his father failed to collect money for his release.

Abdullah Dagnoush, the only son in his family, was kidnapped 2 months ago in front of his house in Sayad district, and a ransom of LYD 2 million was requested for his release. After negotiations with the kidnappers, they agreed to reduce the ransom to LYD 500.000, but the poor father was also unable to collect the money.

After that, the heartless monsters decided to kill the boy. After torturing him, they hanged him and threw him on the road, a heinous crime that is not different from those of Daesh.

Wirshiffana has become a hub for bandits and criminals, dubbing themselves the tribes' army, since their return the region, which was under the control of Libya Dawn, as per a unilateral ceasefire with Misrata's Al-Halboos and Al-Mirdas brigades.

The Road between Tripoli and western cities is still closed due to kidnapping in Wirshiffana region. Local residents in these cities are using boats or helicopters to go to Tripoli.
