In a shocking revelation, the body of a boy named Abdel Raouf Al-Ojali was found in the freezer of his neighbor's house in Benghazi.

The revelation of the psychopathic demeanor came after two days of the boy's being abducted and after his abductors demanded two million dinars in ransom for his return.

The boy was a victim of kidnap by the man next door who, according to the Criminal Investigation Department in Benghazi, was born in 1999, living in the same compound that harbors the boy's house and other 43 houses.

"The killer put the boy in a bag and left him in a closed store in his house, after one day he came to see the boy and found out he was dead, after that, he put the boy in the freezer." The department wrote on its Facebook page.

Benghazi has been hit by lawlessness with many criminal acts such as bodies tossed on the roads and assassinations as well as several abductions.
