The Libyan Society for Fine Arts has organized an art exhibition for artists Salah Ghaith and Mohamed Melitan entitled (Impressionist Aesthetics).

The exhibition was hosted by Dar Al Funun in Tripoli and will run from Saturday, August 6 until August 9.

The opening ceremony featured the participation of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Tourism Hanan Al-Hassi and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Bashir Hashem.

President of the Libyan Society for Plastic Arts, Mohamed Al-Ghariani praised in the opening speech the efforts made to make the event a success despite the lack of capabilities.

The exhibition showcased 79 paintings that highlight the aesthetics of the country's landscape and the sea, besides the cultural identity.
