Libyan Army monitors suspicious movements in Sirte and Jufra

The Libyan army forces have monitored suspicious movements for Haftar's militia in the cities of Sirte and Jufra, said the spokesman for the Sirte-Jufra Operations Room of the Libyan army Al-Hadi Drah.

This comes just days after Haftar's attack on a military camp of the Government of National Accord forces based in Ubari, southern Libya.

Drah disclosed in a press statement that their forces tracked a Russian military plane landing in Al-Qardabiya base, in the city of Sirte.

Haftar's spokesman: We're at war with Turkey

The spokesman for Khalifa Haftar's forces Ahmed Al-Mismari said they are at war with Turkey after the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have "fueled their conflict".

Al-Mismari said no one has announced the end of battle between their forces and Turkey but they have just announced a ceasefire in respect for the efforts of the international community, friend countries and the desire of Libyans to end the war, adding that Erdogan "has never stopped sending weapons to Libya".

Gununu: GNA committed to ceasefire despite Haftar's violations

The spokesman for the Libyan Army under the command of the Government of National Accord (GNA) Mohammed Gununu said Tuesday they were committed to the ceasefire brokered by the international community despite Khalifa Haftar's violations.

Gununu said on Twitter that those who committed crimes against Libyans should be tried at courts not attend dialogues and negotiations, saying despite GNA commitment to the ceasefire, Haftar's forces had violated it over eight times in Sirte frontline.

Minister of Labour discusses cooperation with Philippine ambassador

The Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation, Al Mahdi Al Amin, met on Tuesday with the Philippine Ambassador to Libya, Elmar Cato, to review aspects of cooperation between the two countries.

The two sides agreed to sign an agreement of understanding to regulate the employment of Filipinos and their entry to Libya, according to a statement by the Ministry of Labour.

The meeting also discussed benefiting from the Filipino experiences in the fields of vocational, professional, technical training, and hotel professions.
