The head of the preparations committee of the Benghazi International Forum and Exhibition of Oil and Gas, Masoud Al-Awami, said 67 companies will take part in the forum that is going to be held on October 24-26.
"Some of the firms are foreign oil companies and this is a message to the world that Libya can hold massive industrial exhibitions on its land." Al-Awami told reporters on Tuesday.
The Libyan Football Federation (LFF) said Monday on its Facebook page that it had appointed the former local player and current coach of Al-Nasser team, Fawzi Al-Essawi, as the new coach for the Libyan national team.
LFF added in its statement that it had appointed the coach of Abu Salim team, Abu Bakir Bani as an assistant coach for the national soccer team.
The two new names replaced Omar Al-Meryami and his assistant Nasser Belhaj.
The deputy head of the Presidential Council Ahmed Mitig said Libya will have real investments that will be outside the budget, which he said will offer a certain facilitation only.
Mitig said Tuesday addressing Libya-UK business council’s gathering in Tunisia that foreign and Libyan investors’ presence in the Libyan market is very significant, mentioning the increase of the Libyan oil production, which has a development rate of 40% in 2017 and 2018.
