The Libyan Embassy in Rome said Saturday that the casualties of the IS suicide attack on Zliten recruits’ camp in Italian hospitals are recovered and have flown back to Libya.

The member of the medical team in Libya’s embassy in Rome, Abdulkader Abu Fannas, told the press Sunday that the treatment of the first group of injuries of the deadly IS attack on Zliten finished after they had spent eight weeks in intensive care units in Rome Military Hospital.

He also hoped that the second group of the casualties would receive the same decent treatment from the Italian hospital, extending at the same time Libya’s thanks to Italy for the health care it had provided.

On January 07, a deadly suicide attack by IS militants rocked a police recruits’ training camp in Zliten killing and injuring many of the recruited young men.
